For selection processes we also help clients in inserting advertisements in suitable media to giving maximum exposure to candidates.

In most cases medical examination and psychological tests are performed in approved and registered medical centres to examine the candidate’s suitability for a post on physical and mental aptitude terms.

For trade tests a vital interview procedure in India candidates take tests in government recognized technical institutes.

Manpower interview procedures help short-list ideal candidates who are referred to the employer client for final approval. If further final interviews have to be conducted by the client then required arrangements are made or else the final interviews are conducted by Sai Biz as the representative of the client.

Once candidates are chosen we take responsibility for all formalities especially in overseas placements such as medical examination, government formalities like immigration clearance, visa endorsement, airline reservation etc.

On appointment we also provide the necessary training, orientation and uniforms on behalf of the client on their orders.The orientation programme imperative in foreign placements may include sensitizing the candidates on local customs, traditions, laws, rules and regulations to be followed to have a safe and enriching experience.
